What kind of food and even superfoods that cause bloating?
Cruciferous vegetables:
Yes, we’re talking vegetables like Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, and the likes. Whilst these foods bring much essence of good nutrients to our bodies the form of nutrients these veggies carry what’s called raffinose. Raffinose is non-digestible carbohydrates that the human body have difficulties to break it down. As it processes through our intestine, our normal intestinal bacteria ferment them into carbon dioxide (aka gas) that forms bloating.
