Before I continue, I want to be fully transparent with you, I am not a certified nutritionist (yet), but a pure health fanatic and an advocate on spreading positive healthy way of living. I love to read about and ooze with passion for body nutrition and physical fitness subject matters.
I have a nine to six job. I hit my daily morning gym before getting into the office. Over the years I have observed the gradual yet constant changes to my physic. The energy output exerted from my daily exercise routine fluctuates. Regardless of how much exercise we do, our body energy level changes (due to hormones, lack of rest, stress..).
Let’s talk Breakfast!
Many studies and nutrition expert have renounced a healthy breakfast is most important to kick start the day.
I am a strong believer in this. Simply by the sheer energy you feel after consuming high energy and nutritious food. What we consume first thing in the morning absolutely matters. It helps fuel our body and mind through the consumption of vitamins, nutrients, and protein our body needs.
Nutritionists proclaim different views on the types of breakfast is “best” and suggest the “right” portion of breakfast we should ideally consume. There are no right or wrong suggestions. The fact is, each of our body types is different. The types of nutrients breakfast to the consumption portion differs from one individual to another.
Out of the 3 main meals in a day the most ideal and effective way to nourish your body, I vote for breakfast. Simply because it’s the first meal of the day and my body would’ve by now been screaming for food nourishing consumption after 8-12 hours of fasting.
If you’re like me “on-the-go” with a relatively hectic lifestyle. I recommend a good dose of nourishing superfood smoothie breakfast is a way to go! In my view, it’s the most purist and effective form of nutrients you can give yourself to positive kick start the day!
Superfood drinks/smoothie works for me. It’s effective and had given me the necessary vitamins and balanced nutrients my body needs, and what’s more, it helped increases my body metabolism.
You can drink superfood drinks 1-2 times a week for starters just so you get into the morning superfood juicing momentum. This is good enough! You will feel the nourishing nutrients fill your stomach and at the same time you’ll feel the energetic lightness that carries you throughout the morning.
And if this is not enough for you? Add fruits to your morning daily dietary. For me, an apple works a gem! A smart and easy nutrients breakfast is the simplest way to feed and boost our body nutrients in a day.
I have struggled for many years to acknowledging my body requirements and understanding the importance of taking the right nutrients types it needs to support the growth and changes over the years. Now in my early 40s I’ve started to pay much closer attention to my body needs.
