Before I continue, I want to be fully transparent with you, I am not a certified nutritionist (yet), but a pure health fanatic and an advocate on spreading positive healthy way of living. I love to read about and ooze with passion for body nutrition and physical fitness subject matters.
I have a nine to six job. I hit my daily morning gym before getting into the office. Over the years I have observed the gradual yet constant changes to my physic. The energy output exerted from my daily exercise routine fluctuates. Regardless of how much exercise we do, our body energy level changes (due to hormones, lack of rest, stress..).
